BPA Free, Cadmium Free, Mercury Free, Phthalates Free, PVC Free, and Lead free, and FDA approved. Metal clip is lead free and CPSIA compliant .  

Our Teethers and Everything clips do comply with regulations regarding harmful substances, but they do contain small parts that can become a choking hazard, therefore do not leave child unattended while using and inspect before EACH use. It is imperative to dispose of at any sign of wear and tear. The buyer assumes full responsibility  when using these products.
